Figures

I went to open studio last night for the first time in a while and we ended up doing figure sketches. These were all completed in twenty minutes. I highly recommend doing figure studies if you are trying to enhance your artistic abilities. I also think that the best way to learn anatomy is by drawing figures like this. I am so thankful to have a place literally five minutes from my house to go and paint/draw at open studio for free. I have been taking classes and working at Scottsdale Artist's School for years now and I honestly think it is one of the best art schools in the country for fine arts. Instructors from around the world come to teach classes there. It's just so amazing. Anyway, I hope you enjoy! I will be going to Colorado in a few days and I plan on taking my sketchbook so I might have a nice sketch dump coming your way
